Even though I travel the globe attending many amazing industry events for my position at Hexagon, going to Las Vegas to attend HxGN LIVE is one of the most exciting events I attend all year and is something special.
I know when we host this conference, visitors will able to see technology come together like nowhere else. They get unique insights into how technologies from different industries can be used to solve a problem, revealing new application possibilities. For example,when an automotive manufacturer sees scanning technology used in geo mapping, they will be able to visualize how productive this could be for scanning automotive vehicle components in their own business.
HxGN LIVE is all about making such game-changing connections – connecting new ideas that could transform business operations and establishing connections with experts in the field, forming lasting partnerships for strategizing and problem-solving.
Visitors will also see the future direction of software and hardware and learn how they contribute to the Smart Factory ecosystem. Although the whole conference is action-packed, what I am looking forward to the most this year is our 3rd annual Leadership Summit. This is an intimate group of invitees brought together in a think-tank style meeting over a day and a half, challenging each other with invigorating discussion and exploration of advanced manufacturing trends and techniques.
The past two years have been very inspirational for all the attendees, both for our guests and my colleagues. I am again looking forward to getting some great guidance and verification of our tech development roadmaps and examining current trends with these exceptional manufacturing minds.
It could be easy to feel overwhelmed by HxGN LIVE. There’s a lot going on over the four days, from inspirational keynotes, through interactive workshops, to hands-on training.
