By launching the Bernd Breuckmann Award powered by AICON 3D Systems, we have the pleasure to honour and support the most outstanding 3D research idea of a non-profit-making scanning project in the field of arts and cultural heritage.
Let us know how an AICON Scanner can help you accomplish your 3D scanning project in the field of arts and cultural heritage. The application for this award is open to everybody with a non-profit 3D digitisation project idea in the field of archaeology, arts, history, palaeontology and any other related disciplines. We especially invite students and youngresearchers to apply for this award.
The award winner will receive € 1,000 in cash to support his/her research work and related travel, an AICON 3D scanner on loan to conduct the proposed scanning project together with a free of charge training in 3D scanning at the Scanner Innovation Center in Meersburg, Germany. Upon completion, a summary of the project will be published on our website in the form of an application report.
