Speed, Confidence, and Cost Savings

A misaligned machine or worse, an entire production line that is out of alignment, is a costly proposition. The costs add up quickly, starting with defective parts or assemblies that require rework, possibly escalating to a situation that results in your expensive capital equipment breaking down. That’s why OASIS Alignment Services and Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence have partnered to show you how machine alignment drives increased operating efficiency and profitability gains.

In this presentation, Hubert Meagher, OASIS Director of metrology Services, discusses how customers across all industries benefit from an optimally aligned manufacturing process and how metrology raises the bar for alignment solutions providers. Mr. Meagher details:

  • How OASIS standardised operations on two Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence products: Leica Absolute Trackers and ROMER Absolute Arms
  • How they use trackers and arms to help customers achieve peak operating efficiency
  • What alignment is and how it brings value to your customers
  • How the combination of know-how and sophisticated systems helps your manufacturers achieve a significant improvement inthroughput and profitability
