Legacy and innovation are what powers longevity. Both Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence and Hendrick Motorsports have a rich history of leadership in our respective industries; although our organizations only recently joined together in a technology partnership, the impact of the relationship has been monumental for everyone involved.
When Jimmie Johnson captured his Sprint Cup Championship win in December, his 7th Cup Championship and Hendrick Motorsports 12th all-time Cup Championship, we didn’t think the team’s year could get any better.
We were wrong. Just this week, visionary, founder and longtime NASCAR supporter Rick Hendrick was named to the NASCAR Hall of Fame. In the past 32 years, Rick Hendrick of has amassed 245 Cup Series wins and 12 NASCAR championships. Rick’s passion and commitment make him awinner, and we’re thrilled to offer our congratulations on being inducted to the NASCAR Hall of Fame.
And the best is yet to come. We’re looking forward to the start of another historic season with Hendrick Motorsports. Congratulations again to Mr. Hendrick and the entire Hendrick Motorsports organization!
