Silver Medal for the AICON StereoScan neo

The white light scanner AICON StereoScan neo was awarded the second price of the “Industriepreis 2016”, tendered by Huber Verlag für Neue Medien. The 3D scanner won out over various competitors in the “Optical Technologies” category. The industry award has been honoring particularly progressive industrial companies and their innovative Products for eleven years in a row.

The AICON StereoScan neo is equipped with adaptive full colour projection technique with colour and intensity control. This allows for fast and precise capture of complex structures, independent of the surface. The colour back projection visualises the measurement results on the object surface after the measurement. Corrections on the object can be made promptly. Even deviations in the context of inspection tasks can be made visible and rectified right away.
